The Third Key to Financial Success – Overhead Margin

Before 2008’s recession, many prosperous businesses overlooked their increasing operating expenses. When our financial system crumbled, many organizations needed to react quickly to their declining revenue to survive.

Several friends of mine took dramatic steps to cut their overhead. Their budgets had become bloated. By managing their overhead margin, many became more profitable, even though their revenue had fallen as much as 40%.

The Third Key to Financial Success highlighted in my book, “Unconventional Business” is Overhead Margin. Closely monitoring your operating expense can greatly enhance profitability.

1 Corinthians 4:2 teaches, “Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful.”

If you desire to be faithful with the business God has entrusted to you, closely monitor your overhead margin. It can dramatically improve profits.
