A Congressman and Craigslist

The internet has quickened the pace of personal failings. According to ABC News, Congressman Christopher Lee was notified that Gawker.com ran a story with a shirtless picture of Mr. Lee, that he allegedly sent to a single mother he contacted on Craigslist. He lied to her, claiming to be divorced. Three hours after the posting, Congressman Lee resigned.
Proverbs 5:8-10 warns us about pursuing adultery by teaching, "Keep to a path far from her, do not go near the door of her house, lest you give your best strength to others and your years to one who is cruel, lest strangers feast on your wealth and your toil enrich another man's house."
When you're away from home it's easy to be lured into sin. Be careful out there, the cost is great.
