Would you Choose the Same Career?
By Rick Boxx
January 25, 2011

A Parade Magazine poll asked the question, "If you could do it all over again, would you choose the same career?" 61% of the people polled said, "No."

Being in a workplace for which you have no passion can be miserable. There are many reasons why people stay in a position, including fear, greed, or power. It takes courage to leave.

If you're one of those in a workplace you dread; stop, reflect, and pray, "God am I in your will in my present work?"

My prayer for you is written in Hebrews 13:20-21, "May the God of peace…equip you with everything good for doing his will, and may he work in us what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen."
