Discouraged, but not defeated, Matt began brainstorming solutions to his company’s cash flow problem, while still embracing one of their core values, GENEROSTY. Instead of focusing on what he didn’t have, he redirected his attention to what he did have, time.

As an “offering,” Matt began volunteering time and knowledge to those who needed help.

In Mark 12:41-44, we read, “But a poor widow came and put in two very small copper coins, worth only a fraction of a penny. Calling his disciples to him, Jesus said, ‘I tell you the truth, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others.’

What is God calling you to be generous with today? Money, time, knowledge? Regardless of what you give, Jesus cares most about your heart when you give.

Today’s “Integrity Moment” was adapted with permission from the writings of Matt Cline.
