An Ethical Climate

The Ethics and Compliance Initiative surveyed employees in 13 nations to gauge the ethical climate internationally. Japan had the lowest incidences of observed ethical misconduct with only 15%, while Brazil, India, and Russia were the worst, all experiencing over 40%./p>

In the United States, 30% of people surveyed claimed they had witnessed ethical misconduct in their workplace in the last year.

The survey also discovered that when misconduct abounds, more people feel pressured to participate in unethical behavior.

2 Timothy 3:16 teaches, “All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness.”

Unfortunately, our culture has trended away from God’s Word, but if you desire an ethical workplace, consider using tools like our “Unconventional Business” to teach biblical principles to your team.
