Building Value

Matt’s client, Sarah, had a side business she was eager to grow. But, her business was struggling. It was apparent to Matt that she needed to charge more for her services; however, Sarah feared losing clients.

Matt pointed out three qualities about her business practices that would allow her to charge more, and help her business grow. In Matt’s opinion, Sarah’s Passion, Quality, and Relationships, are building value for her clients, therefore giving her valid reasons to charge more.

Building our businesses on the principles of value, and not on price, is wise. This builds stronger loyalty with our clients, thus allowing us to be more profitable in our businesses. 1 Timothy 5:18 points out, “The worker deserves his wages.”

When we provide value to the marketplace, we become more valuable.
