A Fivefold Ministry Plan-Part II
By: Rick Boxx
April 7, 2015

This week we’re discussing a five part strategy for developing a ministry plan for a business. The second topic is “Discipleship.”

Providing opportunities for willing employees to learn from God’s Word improves lives, and helps team members grow in their relationship with God.

Rob hires a lot of people in his business that have had broken past lives and doubt they will ever succeed financially. He began teaching his willing employees financial principles from God’s Word and helped them by establishing a savings account. This practical step has enriched many lives in his business.

2 Timothy 3:16 teaches, “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness.”

If you desire the best for your employees consider growing them spiritually by addressing discipleship in your ministry plan.
