Routine Activities/Changing Lives

My friend, Jay, was speaking to a retail business that carried over-the-counter pharmaceuticals. For inventory purposes, this organization was getting ready to scrap 55,000 cases of a pain reliever.

Jay believes that our mission in business should be higher than profits, so he showed this business a way to donate the pain relievers to a ministry that would use it for children in other countries. Jay also pointed them to a little known tax code that allowed this business a tax deduction for up to 200% of their cost!

Jesus said in Matthew 5:6, “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.”

When a business leader begins to realize that God has a mission higher than just profits, routine activities can become creative ways to change lives.

If you have inventory you would like to use for Kingdom purposes and get a bonus tax break contact me for more information.
