Give Thanks Always

After personal attacks, and seemingly endless spiritual assaults at work, I didn't know how much more I could take. I prayed, "God, please send encouragement."
Then it arrived; a letter from my daughter, Megan. Her mother had asked her to pray. "I've been praying for you a lot." Megan wrote, "I know God will get you through it. He always does."
To show tangible evidence of her love, Megan, a college student working two jobs, enclosed a donation to Integrity Resource Center. I began to cry.
She closed with 1 Thessalonians 5:18, "Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus."
The next few moments with God were priceless, as I thanked Him for answering my prayer. Have you given God thanks lately? He is worthy!
