It’s Time to Reboot

“Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me." Psalm 51:10

THINK

Have you ever been stuck in traffic before?  If you have, then you know how frustrating it can be, wanting to jump ahead of it and be at your destination, right?  The frustration stems from having to be patient and wait.

Is your spiritual life in a traffic-jam right now?  You know you should be further than where you are at this moment, but perhaps you got stuck along the way?  The great news is that God hasn’t given up on you!  You can reboot things in your life.

God’s Word is full of promises to keep us, sustain us and to renew us when necessary.  He is always at work in our lives, even when it may not seem like it.  Don’t give up.  If you keep your eyes on God, you will never lose your way.

PRAY

“God, I ask you to reboot things in my life that have grown stale.  Renew my spirit, and give me strength to follow you.  Thank you for being so faithful to me.”

ACT

Make a commitment to study God’s Word daily and discover His promises for your life.  This is a big step in keeping your eyes on God!
