Day 241

And the heavens proclaim his righteousness,

for God himself is judge.

Psalm 50:6

My child, there is nothing you can do to win My favor. I am not an ogre who waits to criticize your every move. I am the judge, but you are not under condemnation. I want no bribes, no sacrificial deeds of appeasement. Why would I need them? I own the cattle on a thousand hills. I am wealthy beyond measure. Everything is Mine. What matters to Me is your attitude, and our relationship, based on faith. I will judge the wicked, not you.

I need not tremble before the Father's throne, although there is nothing good in me.  Jesus, You will plead my case. And because of Your death and sacrifice, my sentence has been dismissed. You are my judge, Lord. Thank You for declaring me innocent.

Tolerance is the ability to lay aside our differences for the greater cause of unity.
