Don't Waste the Experience - Thursday, February 4th 2016

Galatians 3:3-4

"Are you so foolish? Having begun in the Spirit, are you now being made perfect by the flesh? 4 Have you suffered so many things in vain--if indeed it was in vain?"

Most Christians understand that God works in ways that are different than our own. We see this within the pages of Scripture as well as in our own lives and yet we often refuse to learn from the experiences we don't like.

The problem is that when we refuse to learn, we must then repeat the process. Imagine if we would look for the learning opportunity in every situation. God promised that He would work everything together for our good. Consequently, the difficulty in our life is for our good... we just need to be willing to learn from it. Today, no matter what is happening in your life, look for the opportunity to learn or live a truth from God's Word. I promise, you will not be disappointed.

Life Lesson: When we learn from an experience it becomes valued. When we don't learn from it, it is wasted.

Dear God,
Thank you for the love You have shown me. I pray today, that You would help me to learn from the things I am going through. Help me not to complain about life, but to grow in maturity as I live it. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Living to tell what He died to say,
