GOD’S JUSTICE

Read: Psalm 58

Key Verse: “Then men will say, ‘Surely the righteous are rewarded; surely there is a God who judges the earth.” - Psalm 58:11

Have you ever noticed that justice is often delayed? It can appear in life that there is no accountability and people escape having to take any responsibility for their actions. People who should be in prison are free. Victims of horrific crimes have no advocate. Leaders continue their tyranny through force and fear. Innocent people who love Jesus are brutally killed because of their faith. The world experiences chaos and there does not seem to be limits to the cruelty.

This psalm reassures you that there will come a day when God makes everything right. God will reward those who are humble, those who are pure, those who chose integrity, those who treated unfairly, and those who have put their trust in Him. God is the judge, and He will triumph over every injustice. Be encouraged by a guaranteed final result and wait for the Lord with confidence in His promises.
