Activate - December 5

Read: Psalm 35

Key Verse: “But when I stumbled, they gathered in glee; attackers gathered against me when I was unaware. They slandered me without ceasing.” - Psalm 35:15

Some people are actually happy when you fail. They will try to undermine you behind your back. Looking for opportunities to make you stumble, their motives are cruel. How do you respond without stooping to their level? Do not lose your temper, trade insults, pretend like they are harmless, deny the pain they cause, or be naïve.

Rise above their tactics through a few important steps: 1) Forgive them fully. 2) Take the necessary space you need for protection. 3) Ask God to help you be aware of their schemes. 4) Wisely choose your closest friends and business partners. 5) Trust God to bring His justice in His timing. You will not overcome haters by becoming a hater. God’s Word guides you above their mess and destruction.
