“Taanathshiloh” means approach to Shiloh
Taanathshiloh: a place named once only -- (Joshua 16:6) --as one of the landmarks of the boundary of Ephraim. Perhaps Taanath was the ancient Canaanite name of the place, and Shiloh the Hebrew name.
